At SappSecret, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the product.
After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund as applicable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Due to the nature of food products and spices, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
